Customer Requirement:

• The horizontal robot can be replaced the labor force to complete the gluing operation of glass bracket.
• It uses the design of tray, and the operator places the components on the tray based upon the requirements, and then put the whole components to the gluing station of robot, and the robot is then automatic gluing by using the PU glue of 310ml.

Troubleshooting:

• One RSP600A15 horizontal robot is completed the gluing tasks of glass by equipping with the gluing worktable, gluing-support system, automatic gluing gun, tray and installation basement of robot, etc.

Application Effect:

• The gluing quality is stable and with high consistency, which greatly reduced the working intensity of labor force.
• It can be compatible with different products and working for 24 hours.
