Customer Requirement: 

• The robot replaces the manual, which can be completed three CNC milling machines, tray fixture, and workpiece loading/unloading production between the material bars.
• Three kinds of products should be simultaneously performed the loading/unloading, the dedicated tray and machining fixture of milling machine; it is necessary to carry out the mix capture of loading/unloading for the different products due to the strong of universal property of the robot.
• The milling machining time of production is 1-5 minute(s), and its production capacity of assembly line is 350 pieces/hour.

Troubleshooting:

• One table of RB15L transportation robot, one set of customized flexible capture, three sets of fixtures of machine tool, one set of disc double-speed delivery line, three sets of temporary storage positioning equipments, one set of cleaning device of tray and matched with 3 tables of CNC milling machines to complete the disc loading of raw-material, milling planet, drilling tapping, workpiece cleaning and collection of finished-product unloading.
• The robot capture uses the customized flexible design, which can be compatible with the capture of the overall trays, precise positioning and the anti-dropping function of the abnormal of gas-off and power-off; and it can be guaranteed the stable production of loading/unloading.
• It uses the double-speed-chain delivery system to assort and deliver the trays and fixtures and buffer the tray turnover, and it is convenient to collect the materials for the workers.
• It uses the FDI technology of automatic identification system to perform the automatic sort and delivery to the different trays; it is automatically identified that the machining workpiece of trays are delivered the corresponding loading station.

Application Effect:

• It uses the design of compatible flexible manipulator, and it is solved the problems on the same production line of multi-type and small-batch production based upon the less manufacturing cost.
• The robot replaces to the manual that can be carried out the one-to-three CNC machine tools for operating any time, which can be stably completed the working tasks.
• The robot operation is closely cooperated with the CNC milling machine and double-speed-chain delivery system, and its work is stable and improved the production efficiency and reduced the operating cost of production mostly.
