Customer Requirement:

• The workpiece has the full welding processing of both square shaft and round shaft.
• This welding robot is only completed the full welding operations, such as the air-room-seat and supporting plate.
• This welding machine is used the balanced welding of dual robots, reduced the deformation; one set of positioner (workpiece).
• The robot welding is required the functions of start positioning and welding following.

Troubleshooting:

• It composes of two tables of RH06 welding robots, two tables of gun-cleaning mechanisms and two sets of anti-collision welding guns
• Lifting the car shaft by labor force after the workpiece point is performed the welding, and then complete the welding surface of its soldering seam.
• The length change of workpiece is adjusted by screw lead and servo motor drive.
• To rotate another side of the welding; the installation position of car shaft has the supporting of assistant cylinder.

Application Effect:

• The dual-station welding can be guaranteed the product’s quality and avoided the deformation, and improved the working efficiency at the same time.
• Reduce the burden of manual welding on operators, keep the stability, and reduce the production cost of enterprises as well.
