Customer Requirement:

• The robot is replaced with the labor force, which can be completed the loading/unloading of inspection dedicated machine of acoustics tray.
• One robot corresponding to one loading transportation line, one loading transportation line and five testing dedicated machines.

Troubleshooting:

• One RB50 transportation robot and one loading clamping manipulator are equipped with the corresponding linear body of loading/unloading and 5 testing dedicated machines to achieve the capacity inspection of automatic acoustics.

Application Effect:

• It is followed with the testing beat and achieved the even task distribution for one to five.
• The operation is stable and reliable and lower fault rate.
