Troubleshooting:

• Using one GSK robot matches with the corresponding manipulator equipment, material bin of switch indicator and the secondary positioning equipment; the cutting nozzle equipment completes the operations of nesting of injection molding machine, such as the loading/unloading, outlet elimination and transportation line placement of workpiece.

Application Effect:

• The robot is replaced of the manual worker, which can be freely operated within 24 hours, and stably completed the working tasks.
• It is performed integrated automatic production of nesting, unloading and cutting nozzle of the injection molding machine.
