Customer Requirement:

• The robot replaces to the labor force, which can be finished the loading/unloading of dual-station quenching machine.
• It is convenient for adding or changing the material by worker, and the frequency of adding material by worker should be less than 1h/time.
• It owns the function of quality inspection for the first workpiece, which enters into the normal production after confirming by operator.

Troubleshooting:

• Four RB08 transportation robots are equipped with two dual-position quenching machine. The ball workpiece unit is equipped with the circular material bin with its frame, workpiece positioning table and inspection table based upon the different workpiece types; the connector unit is equipped with the hanging material bin, workpiece positioning table, quality inspection table and hanging unloading bin.
• The robot completes the automatic operations: workpiece clamping – workpiece positioning – workpiece clamping – quenching – unloading.

Application Effect:

• To resolve the troubles of multiple types and small batch production by less transformation cost based upon the manual adjustment method of change-production.
• It is reduced the labor intensity, and upmost improved its efficiency; the operation is stable therefore.
