Customer Requirement:

• The robot replaces to the labor force, which can be completed the loading/Unloading of one CNC punching tool.Variable types of products and less of production batch in single time; one unit should be carried out the produce of almost types.

Troubleshooting:

• One RB20 transportation robot and one flexible manipulator are equipped with the corresponding loading/unloading bin and positioning table to complete the loading of raw-material and unloading of finished-product.
• The manipulator of robot is used the flexible design and the position of sucker components can be adjusted; the open or close of single sucker component can be adjusted and compatible with the demands of almost types.

Application Effect:

• It is used the production-change method to perform the manual adjust, and solved the troubles of variable types and small batch production by the less transformation cost.
• The robot operation is closely cooperated with the CNC punching machine of which its operation is stable and improved the efficiency furthest.
