Customer Requirement:

• Using the robot to complete the automation kettle punching and to achieve the automation of both rough and fine punching.
• There are two kinds of specification totally: rough punching and fine punching; the former should be identified the position of welding cable and the later should be identified the position of the technology hole.
• It is suitable for the dual molds and uses the two manipulators, which can be completed two pieces of loading/unloading once.

Troubleshooting:

• The rough-punching of kettle can be performed with 5 punching machines, 7 RB08 robots,robot manipulator, welding position-finding equipment,dual-workpiece loading transportation line and unloading transportation line.
• The rough-punching of kettle can be performed with 5 punching machines, 7 RB08 robots, robot basement, position-finding equipment of technical hole, loading transportation line of single workpiece and unloading transportation line.

• To achieve the rough and fine punching automation technology procedures of thermos and its quality is stable and solves the gap of labor forces.
