Customer Requirement:

• The transportation beat is above 8pcs/minute.
• It should be suitable for the workpiece of roughness ceramic tiles on its surface with different colors.

Troubleshooting:

• Two loading bin and one RB20 transportation robot are with the sucker manipulator.
• The robot can be closed to the maximum limit of the workpiece to improve the transportation beat and avoid impacting both robot and workpiece based upon using the laser distance sensor.

Application Effect:

• It is stable and continuous operation; and its beat can be reached to the 10 piece/minute, which exceeds the beat from customer's expectation.
