Customer Requirement: 

• The robot replaces to the manual work to complete the paint-brushing of workpiece and the loading/unloading of oil-presser, and then perform the production process of loading/unloading of laser cutting machine.
• Various types of the products and less batch of single production; strong universal property of fixture of robot; it is necessary to carry out the product capture loading/unloading of different appearances.
• The machining time of laser cutting machine is 20 seconds; the production capacity of the assembly line: 180 pieces/hour.

Troubleshooting:

• One RMD20 palletizing robot, one customized flexible hand, one automatic loading painting machine and one unloading transportation line are equipped with one grease-pressing machine and one laser cutting machine to complete the centralized collection, for example: painting of kettle decorative board, oil-pressing molding, laser side-shearing and the unloading of the finished products.
• The robot’s hand uses the customized flexible design, which can be compatible with the overall capture, precise positioning of the kettle decorative board and guarantees the stable and continuous production of loading/unloading.
• The conjunction assembly production of the front and back procedures can be achieved by applying the automatic loading painting mechanism and belt line workpiece connection.
