Application of RB20 on Printed Steel Plate Polishing of Dongguan Company

Customer Requirement:
- To carry out the plane polishing of 2m*0.8m area within 20s, and it can be guaranteed the cleaning effect of the sewage on its surface after the workpiece is polished.
Troubleshooting:
- Design the dedicated material transportation, leading and positioning equipment, and carry out the exact positioning of the incoming-material.
- Use one RB20 robot and design a set of dedicated double floating polishing tool; simultaneously, the double polishing tool is performed the polish on the surface of workpiece during the transportation of materials.
- Design a set of abrasive paper warehouse and the mechanism of changing the abrasive paper, and satisfy the automatic change of abrasive paper during the production.
Application Effect
- The loading, unloading and polishing are carried out the assembly line operations; and the operation of robot is normal and its production is stable as well.
- The production beat of robot is 18s, which is achieved the requirements of the normal production and high efficiency.
