Application of RB165 on Transportation of Large-Scale Cargo from Chongqing Company
Customer Requirement:
- This project should be compatible with the automatic loading/unloading of several big plate and arc steel products of 28~50KG.
Troubleshooting:
- One RB165 robot matches with the dedicated big adjustable dual-station absorber capture, which can be carried out the raw-material loading/unloading from different materials.
- To design a set of general loading bar and the positioning position can be adjusted to satisfy the positioning of different material, and the loading barrier of raw-material is simple and convenient.
Application Effect:
- It is convenient to change the machine types of robot’s loading/unloading system.
- The two arms of robot are alternatively exchanged the material, the loading/unloading operations are closely compacted and fluently in operation.
