Application of RB20 on Rolloff Loading/Unloading of Zhuhai Company

Customer Requirement:
- The project rolloff should be compatible with several disks components with diameter 80~600mm; the diameter is less than 350mm, and the beat is 20s; the diameter is more than 350mm, and the beat is 32s.
- There is film on the surface of the product; the loading/unloading system of robot should be matched the on-site technology of workpiece; the capture component will be not damaged the workpiece, which is connected with two tables of machining equipments on spot, and it achieves the automatic loading/unloading of machine tool processing.
Troubleshooting:
- Two rolloff equipments are connected with two RB20 robots, which are designed the dedicated film to adsorb the electromagnet double-capture and platform, and achieved that two robots are taken and placed the workpiece rapidly for 3 positions.
- The loading material bar can be designed as the transformational positioning material platform with multiple layers; it can be moved horizontally when the machine types are altered by hand; the loading barrier of raw-material is simple and convenient.
- The design of unloading finished-product cabinet is a kind of oblique mechanism, which can be carried out that the products can be directly loaded to the material cabinet from robot, and timely palletized the material cabinet by hand.
Application Effect: - It is convenient for robot to change the loading/unloading system; the layout of the whole robot is compacted; the production beat is closely matched with fluent operation.
- It is achieved that the finished-product is loaded to the material cabinet and reduced the procedures of unloading and saved the labor force.
