Application of GSK RB08 Robot on the Automatic Machining of Precise Tube Connector
Customer Requirement:
- It is compatible with several small batch products and satisfied to the finished products collection of plastic box.
- To match with the machining technology and connect with two processing equipments on-site, to carry out the automatic loading/unloading of the machine processing.
Troubleshooting:
- One RB08 robot matches with the visual system which carries out precise positioning and capture from different incoming materials.
- Designing a set of general loading disc to satisfy the rough positioning of different incoming materials. It can be placed the material by hand any time, and the loading copper of raw-material is simple and convenient.
