Application of GSK RB08A3 Transportation Robot on Loading/Unloading of Vacuum Enclosure of Thermo Kettle from Shenzhen Company



Customer Requirement:

  • The robot is replaced to the manual transportation to perform the loading/unloading for one balancing machine, one shaping machine and one loading/unloading beer-hole machine.
  • The robot’s grasp should be suitable for workpiece that the diameter is from 182mm to 200mm, and the thickness is 0.25mm.


Troubleshooting:

  • One RB08A3 transportation robot is sucked the raw-material of tube by sucker; the rigid of workpiece is strengthened after bone-jacking and then captured it by air cylinder.
  • The robot’s hand collects the functions both the sucker absorption and air-cylinder clamping. Both the rigid and the consistence of the raw-material are poor by the sucker; contrarily, the air-cylinder is well;it is guaranteed the workpiece will not be damaged by adjusting the air circuit pressure and the stroke of air-cylinder clamping.

Application Effect:

  • The robot replaces to the manual work, which can be operated for 24 hours for any time and it can be completed the tasks stably.
  • It can be avoided the distortion of the workpiece during capturing quite well by controlling the pressure and adjusting the holding force.
  • The robot replaces the manual work that can be reduced the inconsistent workpiece due to the artificial operation, and it is convenient to perform the following process.
