Customer Requirement:

• The robot replaces the manual, which can be achieved the automatic production of loading, burring and unloading of workpiece.

Troubleshooting:

• To design a set of divide-material mechanism for carrying out the equal-distance separation, position and clamping of 5 piles incoming materials of workpiece.
• To use one table of BR08 robot and design a set of burring tool, and then complete the burring and chamfering tasks of processing the edge of workpiece.

Application Effect:

• A robot replaces two manuals that can be continuously performed the polishing and burring.
• The whole robot system operates stably, saves the investment in equipment and labor, and ensures a good production continuity as well.
• It is a general trend to improve the efficiency and reduce the cost in that the manual replaces the polishing production industry, and it is also the requirement of production technology quality upgrading.
