Customer Requirement:

• The raw-material is 9kg, which replaces the heavy operations of manual for long time.
• It matches with the technique of the workpiece; the robot is connected with 3 machining equipments to achieve the automatic loading/unloading of CNC machine processing.

Troubleshooting:

• Designing one set of dedicated loading bar and one set of 2nd positioning workpiece can be carried out the accurate positioning of the automatic incoming raw-material.
• Using one table of RB50 robot and making a layout of zigzag pattern with three CNC machines, which matches with one set of loading/unloading dual-tong and one set of change-over mechanism to achieve the stable and high efficiency automatic loading/unloading operations.

Application Effect:

• One robot can be replaced to 4 workers to perform the loading/unloading operations of the machine tool, which saves the manual investment.
• The layout of the loading/unloading system of the integrated robot is impact, which improves the utilization rate of the site.
• The one-to-three Zigzag pattern of robot is alternatively operated, and the production beat is closed and the operation is smooth.
• It can be carried out that the finished-product is unloaded to the material frame of the finished goods, and reduced the operation times of the workpiece circular by the labor force.
