Customer Requirement:

• The robot replaces the manual that completes the workpiece loading/unloading production among the one table of grease punching machine, laser cutting machine and loading/unloading bars.
• Several product types and less batch in the single production; strong universal property of the robot’s fixture; it is necessary to achieve the loading/unloading of product capture of different appearances.
• The processing time of dedicated machine is 25 seconds; production capacity of assembly line is 120pieces/hour.

Troubleshooting:

• One table of RMD20 transportation robot, one set of customized flexile capture, one set of loading separated mechanism and one set of unloading transportation line are equipped with one table of grease punching machine; the laser cutting machine can be completed the concentrated collections of the automatic separated loading, punching, laser cutting and production unloading of the panels.
• The capture of the robot is used the customized flexible design, which can be compatible with the absorption capture and precise position of the overall panels’ types, which can be guaranteed the stable and continuous production of loading/unlading.
• The automatic loading separated mechanism and belt collection workpiece can be applied to achieve the abutment production line of before-and-after processes.

Application Effect:

• It uses the compatible and flexible manipulator design, which is solved the problems of the multiple types and less batch production by the less manufacture cost.
