Customer Requirement:

• Production beat: 4.5 second/piece; one tray should be packed within 40 seconds.

Troubleshooting: 

• Using one table of RB03 robot to apply the Robot circuit board position of visual identification conveyer cable; capturing the circuit board to perform the 2nd precise position, and then put it on the tray of assembly line to pack. 
• The Robot circuit board of loading material position where in the mess is used the visual identification conveyer line to guarantee that the robot can be successfully captured the circuit board and then precisely positioned. 
• The design of robot capture has the position gripping device and the 2nd precise positioning function, which can be guaranteed the position of flexible packing and assembly between the circuit board and tray.

• The robot is replaced the manual, which can be continuously operated for 24 hours and stably completed the working tasks. 
• The common production characters of electric industry are various types, small batch, dull work, intensive labor force, fast change of demanded orders and short productive delivery time; so it is hard to organize the operators for mastering the production period and controlling the cost.
