Application of GSK RB08 Robot on Plastic Automation Production of Qingyuan Company
Customer Requirement:
- The robot replaces the manual that achieves the automation production of S tool.
- Total 7 procedures: Blade nesting — Injection shaping — Unloading of injection molding machine — Workpiece detection — Cut water outlet — Palletizing — Packing.
Troubleshooting:
- One table of RB08 transportation robot is equipped with the corresponding facilities, which is replaced with the manual to complete the production procedures of S-type tool injection nesting loading; and then the finished products are palletized with packing; periodically, the operators will perform the corresponding operations such as preparing the materials.
- The robot can be completed the overall main jobs of the production procedures.
Application Effect:
- The robot is replaced with the labor force that can be continuously operated for 24 hours to stably complete the jobs.
- The blade is very sharp that it is easy to cause the hurt for the operators, and it is very hard to employ the workers; so this problem can be solved by the robots.
- It developed the similar S-type tool application of Robot’s production field and applied wildly.
