Customer Requirement:

• The equipped punching equipment of robot consists of automatic punching production line.

Troubleshooting:

• Two tables of RB20 and four tables of RB08 transportation robots are clamped the workpiece from material bar, and then put into the punching equipment to perform the procedures after the secondary positioning, then put the workpiece into the material bar of finished-product, the automatic punching is completed therefore.
• As for the magnetisable material, it can be performed by the magnetic tensioner; and the unmagnetized material can be performed by the sawtooth tensioner, which is against from the piled-material of workpiece.

Application Effect:

• The robot replaces the manual, which can be continuously worked for 24 hours, and it can be stably finished the jobs.
• It is stably produced with high efficiency and guaranteed the product’s quality.
