Customer Requirement:

• VMC850B matches with the GSK218MC-H CNC system, the machining appearance dimension is length * width * thickness (mm): the sheet metal is 496X296X3; it is recommended to perform the positions and automatic tin got on the sink of big area 426X205X1 on the board; the component clamping cannot be arched when the milling 1mm positions the sink slot to avoid from the leaking the tin when loading the tin. 

Troubleshooting: 

• Positioning method: Use the latch and three-point position; 
• Clamping method: base board + pressure block;
• Requirement of machine tool: the level deviation of machine tool should be less than or equal to 0.02mm; the vertical error of Z axis should be less than or equal to 0.02mm; 
• Tool requirement: the rough-machining uses the PCB corn milling tool; 
• The tool method is performed the milling from inside to outside when PCB corn milling tool is performed the rough-machining, and reduce the problem of the lack of rigid. 
• The thermal of the synthetic stone is bigger during processing, so the cooling should be performed perfectly.

• The cutting capacity of processing of the dedicated tool is well, and the deformation value of processing is less; the problems of leakage-tin of welding are reduced.
