Customer Requirement: 

• The GSK 218MC-H system should be processed the 100x44.8x30°conical surface by using the VMC850L machine tool. 
• There is no vibration during processing, and rapidly removed the material. 

Troubleshooting: 

• Clamping method: to clamp the workpiece by vice;
• Requirement of machine tool: the level deviation of machine tool should be less than or equals to 0.02m, and the rigid of spindle is strong. 
• It is adopted the excellent adjustable tool-grain D32 round-nosed tool machining; its revolving speed of spindle is 1500; the feedrate is 1200 and the cutting-in depth is ap1. 

Processing Effect:

• There is no vibration of workpiece processing machine tool, which can be removed the workpiece material at the rapid rate and satisfied with the customer’s requirements.
