• The function development can be performed in the V1.5 version by using the 218MC control. 
• To achieve the control of full-closed loop absolute grating ruler, which can be greatly improved the accuracy of the machine tool. 
• To carry out the double worktable exchange operation by the PLC ladder diagram, which can be exchanged the worktable by two separately installed workpiece. 
• To realize the chain tool-magazine tool-change operation by PLC ladder diagram, which can be shortened the effective time during processing. 

Application Effect: 

• Added the dual-worktable exchange, saved the program time, shortened the effective time of workpiece product and improved the production efficiency. 
• The interface is concise and convenient; the control of the full-closed loop grating ruler can be made a great improvement of the precision and safety of the machine tool. 
• Carried out the repeated positioning precision 0.003mm of linear axis, the repeated positioning accuracy of revolving axis is 2 arc-second. 
• Achieved the positing precision 0.006mm of linear axis, and the positioning accuracy of revolving axis is 4 arc-second.
