Customer Requirement: 

• Using the VMC850L machine tool to match with the GSK 218MC machining system. 
• The processing material is 316 forged steel, which should be machined based upon the drawings (It separately processes the pecking holes such as the ￠3, 5.5, 6, 8, 8.5, 10.5, 12, 15 and 18, and the characters such as the thread and fine-hole).

Troubleshooting: 

• To draw the three-dimension module based upon the customer’s drawing; customize the processing strategy and deal with the machining program. 
• Six-procedure sampling can be performed one piece. 
• It is recommended that the machining machine tool equips with the yielding-water function and a set of the 4th axis rotation worktable of hydraulic brake. 
• Using the dedicated watering drilling-head to drill during the bulk production; ￠15 and 18 are used the U-type drilling; G3/8, G1/2, M20x1.5 and M27x2 are used the thread hobbing (milling cutter) to perform it, and the partial characters of the drawing are processed by the forming cutter. 
• The appearance uses the common surface milling method to process the hexahedron and chamfering. 
• The side of front (surface with large hole), left and right are used one table of VMC850L machine tool and the 4th axis revolving worktable; clamping once only, perform one procedure machining for three sides. 
• Both the sides of back, up and down are used one table of VMC850L machine tool and the 4th axis revolving worktable; clamping once only, perform one procedure machining for three sides. 

Processing Effect: 

• The machining dimension is qualified after inspecting based upon the drawing; and the smoothness of machining reaches to the use requirement of components.
