Customer Requirement: 

• Enhance the processing technology, improve the machining efficiency, and one piece can be processed within 120 seconds. 
• The previous machining projects: Three gang-tool machines are performed, each one processes one direction, and totally three times for clamping; one piece can be completed by three and half minutes, and it is low efficiency. 

Troubleshooting:

• The revolving diameter of the existing gang-tool machine from customer does not big enough, and the existing gang-tool does not useful either; it is better to select the HTC3650 or HTC3630 matching with GSK988TA1 controllable system.
• Installed the index automatic chuck after disassembling the original hydraulic one. (It is automatically turned to another side to process after performing one side, and the automation conversion of three sides can be completed within 15 seconds.)
• There is interference both the 8-station tool turret installation and automatic chuck; normally, there are four tools are not used that should be improved, so the four-tool-post should be blocked up; actually, the whole machining is completed by seven tools. 
• Both chuck and turret are shared with a same hydraulic station, and the pressure regulator valve is also shared; the pressure of chuck is higher, which is affected the normal use of the turret; the machine tool can be normally used after adding a group of pressure regulator valves. 
• The processed products after improving of the above-mentioned are reached to the customer’s requirement. 

Application Effect:

• The three-way stainless steel workpiece from customers can be carried out to process an acceptable product by clamping 105 seconds once; and therefore, it is improved the production efficiency and satisfied to the customer’s requirements. 
• The customers are very satisfied with the improved product and bought a total of four machine tools with this configuration. 
• One customer can be opened two machine tools at the same after improving, and the efficiency cost is lower.
