Customer Requirement: 

• It can be processed the film head of the film-blowing machine tool, and it¡¯s maximum diameter should be reached to 400; and it is hope that one equipment can be dealt with one series; the customer hopes to select the more economic equipments in the insufficient funds.  

Troubleshooting: 

• It is recommended that the Yunnan VMC850C (hard path; the upright column is increased) matches with GSK25i controllable system and installed the CNC-320R CNC index head. 
• The characters of this kind of machine:
• Three-axis hard path, good rigid and strong load-bearing.       
• The stroke along with the Z axis is increased to 700, and its height is suitable after installing the index head. 
• The space inside the metal plate is enough wide and it is convenient to load the materials. 
• The machine is regarded as the increased 850 model, and its price is inexpensive and within the budget of the customer.
• Add two thicken plates both sides of worktable due to the worktable of the 850 vertical machining does not big; both increase the CNC index head and solve the problem of not long enough. 

Processing Effect: 

• The customer is satisfied to the modified finished-product; and its cost-performance is high. 
• The accuracy and smoothness of the processed film head is satisfied with the customers after the product is performed and used.
