Customer requirements: 

• The processing efficiency is required to be in 10 minutes for processing a truck brake adjusting arm. 

Troubleshooting: 

• Applying the Shandong Weida VMC850 machine tool with GSK 25iMb CNC system machining center.
• The clamping tooling solutions and machining processes will be developed by a third party based on the Customer's parts.
• Reliable machining tools are recommended.
• The dimensional accuracy of each process will be stabilized at 0.01mm by commissioning, which meets the design requirements.
• The fourth axis will be added to achieve continuous operation for multi-process and normal mass production.
• Parts produced and processed will meet customer requirements after assembling other accessories.

Processing Effect:

• The processing size accuracy of the adjusting arm is within 0.01mm, and the processing time of a single arm is controlled within about 8 minutes, which meets the customer requirements.
