Customer Requirement: 

• The original CNC system (SIEMENS 810D system) cannot be normally worked due to aging and fault;the integrated mechanical precision cannot be satisfied to the production demands; for example, the spindle precision is reduced and tool-magazine and tool-change does not stable; the cables of lubrication, cooling and pneumatic system are aged. 
• Change the equipped CNC system and the aged components; recover the precision and controllable functions of machine tools. 

Troubleshooting: 

• CNC system: Using the GSK25iMb system (15 inch of PC, 5-axis and 4-linkage) to provide the configured servo drive/motor. 
• Design the electrical circuit again and change the equipped electrical components. 
• Add the 4th axis function. 
• Change the components of screws and bearings of line path; overhaul the spindle, tool-magazine to trim and grind the surface of worktable and recover the precision of machine tool.
• Change the components and cables of the lubricant, cooling and pneumatic systems and recover the original controllable functions of the machine tools. 

Application Effect: 

• Recover the precision of machine tool and achieve the controllable function of machine tool. 
• It is suitable for the component processing requirements from customers.
