Customer Requirement:

• The original CNC system of machine tool (Acramatic950 system) cannot be worked due to the aged, and the mechanical accuracy of the integrated machine cannot be satisfied to the production demands; the positioning precision of the spindle precision/exchange worktable is decreased, and the tool-change of the chain tool-magazine does not stable; the cables, such as the hydraulic, lubrication, cooling and pneumatic system are aged. 
• Change the equipped the CNC system and the aged components; recover the precision of machine tool and controllable function. 

Troubleshooting:

• CNC system: Use the GSK25iM-V CNC system (five-axis and 3-linkage); provide the equipped servo drive/motor.
• Design the electrical circuit again and change the equipped electrical components.
• Change the components of the lead-screw and bearings; overhaul the spindle, tool-magazine and exchange worktable; repair and polish the worktable and recover the precision of machine tools. 
• Change the components and aged cables such as the hydraulic, lubrication, cooling and pneumatic system, and recover the controllable function of the original machine tool. 

Application Effect: 

• Recover the precision of machine tool and achieve the controllable function of the tools. 
• It can be satisfied to requirements of the component processing from customers.
