Customer Requirement:

• The machining precision is controlled within 0.01mm. 

Troubleshooting: 

• It is recommended that the customer uses the VMC850L to match with GSK 25iMb-H machining center to process the plastic mould. 
• The mould material uses the mould steel S136, the rough machining residual is 0.6mm after the fine-milling following the power-on. 
• When the power is turned on after thermal treatment is hardened, the tool will be painted by using the high hardness alloy to perform the half-fine-machining and fine-machining. 

Processing Effect: 

• It will be reached to the requirement by configuring with the Fit mould and front and rear moulds after the fine-machining is performed.
