Troubleshooting:

• Using the V6C machine tool to match with the GSK 25iMb system machining center. 
• Customer the machining technology by the components from customers. 
• It is recommended and used the reliable machining tools. 
• The drilling-hole precision of each procedure is stable in the 0.005mm after debugging and processing, which is suitable for the design requirement. 
• The multiple procedures can be consecutively and normally produced in batch. 
• The processed components can be satisfied with the customer¡¯s requirements after assembling with other spare parts. 

Processing Effect: 

• The accuracy of the diameter dimension of machining hole is within 0.005mm. 
• It is satisfied with the machining requirements from customers.
