Customer Requirement:

• To process the components, such as the aluminum enclosure of the coffee bottle and handle by using that the TECH-V6C machine tool matches with the GSK 25i System Machining Center; it is required that the product should be non-fur with highlight. 

Troubleshooting:

• Customize the clamping workpiece project of four-axis revolving table, machining technology;
• It is recommended to use the machining tool of sharp and no adhesive. 
• Each procedure is suitable for the design requirement after debugging its machining efficiency and highlight of appearance. 
• Multiple processes can be consecutively performed and produced in batch. 
• The processed components can be satisfied with the customer’s requirements after assembling other spare parts. 

• There is no fur and with highlight on the surface of the product, which is suitable for the customer’s requirements. 
• It can be stably produced in batch and improved the working efficiency.
