Customer Requirement:

• Simultaneously, it can be satisfied with six-channel/ six-station-basement/ end-face grinding and aperture grinding; 
• It owns the functions such as the automatic grinding trimming and automatic compensation. 
• Interface input with menu mode.

Troubleshooting:

• Using GSK 986Gs（SOC）system, which owns the demand of six-channel and multi-axis number.
• It uses the automatic trimming grinding wheel and automatic compensation function. 
• It uses the interface of customized diagram parameter. 

Application Effect:

• Six-channel function can be simultaneously satisfied with six-station seat/end-face grinding and mesopore grinding; 
• It uses the diagram-parameter programming, which can be performed controllable full-functions, for example: the program alternation for the grinding, quality administration of workpiece, state monitoring of machine tool, fault self-diagnosis and abnormal alarm, etc. and it is convenient and concise of the interface input.
