Customer Requirement:

• Using V-8 machining center machine tool to match with GSK 25iMb system machining divisional seat components.
• Machining the steel #45 divisional seat based upon the drawing dimension; and its smoothness is Ra3.2; roundness tolerance is 0.015mm.

Troubleshooting: 

• To draw the machining diagram, optimize the machining strategy and treat the machining program based upon the customer’s drawing. 
• The machining production component without in batch is used the clamping method of traditional precision parallel-jaw vice, which is separately processed the threads of front, back and sides.
• Using the helical method to mill an aperture; and it owns the advantages such as small cutting force and high machining efficiency. 
• Straight-connection spindle structure, the rigid tapping is accurate and fast.
• The peripheral sharp-edge machine tool chamfering, unified size and smooth surface. 

Processing Effect: 

• Detect the machining dimension based upon the drawing, and the fine-aperture is within the 0.015mm tolerance. 
• The GO Gauge of thread is smooth and the OFF Gauge is stopped, so it suitable for the detection requirement. 
• The cutting lines of machining are exquisite and neat, which conforms to the roughness requirement of drawing.
