Customer Requirement:

• The original machine tool CNC system cannot be normally turned on; the roller screw of linear axis, screw bearing and the linear leading are worn; the spindle heats during the rotation; the inductive switch of tool-magazine is being damaged; the flatness of the worktable is out-of-tolerance; the lubrication, cooling and pneumatic system tubes are aged. 
• It is necessary to change the configured CNC system, recover the precision of machine tool and alternate the aged components. 

Transformation Project:

• It is used the GSK 25i CNC system, which configures with the servo motor and servo drive to transform;
• Change the feed axis roller screw, screw bearing and linear leading; 
• Overhaul the spindle and change the spindle bearing to guarantee the spindle precision and spindle rotation; drive the spindle by servo spindle motor and carry out the high speed machining of the spindle; 
• Overhaul the tool-magazine, change the damaged inductive proximity switch and accept the feedback signal; reliable tool-selection, precise positioning and guarantee the normal tool-change of each station; compile the T figure again, and the cutter head can be rotated with CW/CCW to perform the tool-change proximately and save the time; as well the damaged cutter holder will be changed. 
• Scrap the worktable again: the worktable can be scraped again by GSK’s qualified operators and guaranteed the flatness of the worktable, so that the precision of the machining workpiece can be ensured. 
• Change the grating ruler, the access signal is TTL; Using the precise grating ruler made by Hidhan to achieve the full loop-closed control of each straight line.  
• Overhaul the hydraulic pressure, lubrication, cooling and pneumatic system and then change the damaged components; 
• Add a gauge head of the workpiece (Renesau) .
• Redesign the electric controllable schematic of the machine tool, and change the electric control and electric components and then wiring again.

• Recover the overall precisions and usage functions of machine tool, and stably operate;
• It meets with the component processing requirements of customers.
