Customer Requirement: 

• To process the main iron-casting components of clothing button bounding machine, the GO GAUGE inspection rod of horizontal or vertical intermittent hole concentric degree can be easily passed, and the NOT GO GAUGE cannot be inserted; the axle center of two group holes are vertical, and the upright hole is vertical to the platform and bottom; its offset is within 0.5 degree.
• The machine tool can be normally produced after delivering to the factory after the debugging and processing are stable in the GSK. 

• Using the Newnor VMC850L machine tool to matches with the GSK 25iMb system machining center, so that the rigid to the integrated machine tool is strong. 
• Customize the fixture workpiece project based upon the customer¡¯s components; to manufacture the machining fixture and customize the technology strategy of the machining.
• It is recommended and used the reliable machining tools. 
• Using the 4th axis multidimensional processing to avoid the fixture error of multidirectional position. 

• The inspection is qualified according to the dimension of the     drawing; and the GO GAUGE and NOT GO GAUGE are qualified as well; 
• It can be normally operated after the machining components are assembled. 
• The on-site 5S gains effective control by using the full-closed processing of machine tool comparing with using the dedicated one. 
• Two different components are processed and debugged by different time, which can be normally produced in batch.
