Customer Requirement:

• The seamless tube of outer cooling enclosure of motor, its diameter is 300-380mm and length is 400-600mm, which requires the boring inner aperture and outer circle and two end-faces. 

Troubleshooting:

• It is recommended to use the Baoji Machine tool HK80B/2000 that matches with the GSK988T system and the center frame based upon the machining diameter and length of customers. 
• Processing technology conversation; customer can design the machining workpiece and fixture by themselves. 
• Processing Technology:

1. Clamping the outer circle, vertically turn an end-face and bore an inner aperture; 
2. The internal support after turning around, and then bore an inner aperture of another end, and turn an end-face. 
3. Clamping the cooling enclosure of motor by using the miscellaneous positioning disk and tailstock pin, and then perform the rough/fine-turning external circle. 

• The system operation of professions on the spot and the training of the programming.
