• Using the original hydraulic chuck clamping project and mould processing technology based upon the customer’s components. 
• It is recommended to use the reliable processing tools. 
• The precision of the dimension of each procedure is controlled within 0.005mm after debugging, which is suitable for the design requirement. 
• The multiple workpiece is normal after consecutively operated, and it can be produced in batch. 
• The component inspection can be satisfied the customer’s requirements after processing. 

• The dimension precision of machining mould core is controlled within 0.003mm, the roughness is satisfied with the customer’s requirements.
