Customer Requirement:

• The workpiece completes the grinding by clamping once. 
• The revolving speed of the workpiece reaches to the 100PRM, and carries out the rough/fine high grinding based upon the customer’s drawing requirements and its consistence of batch is better; 
• It owns the automatic trimming grinding and automatic compensation functions. 
• Menu interface input. 

Troubleshooting: 

• Configure with the self-define graph parameter interface of the customer, and monitor the spindle power and grinding state information, etc.
• It owns the center post to grind long workpiece. 
• The grinding feed axis (X axis) and workpiece revolving axis ( X axis) are performed full closed-loop control by using the CNC two-axis interpolation linkage. 

Application Effect:

• The CNC precision positioning motion of the cam non-round surface is achieved, which is thoroughly solved the traditional duplicating mold machine tool (its flexible is poor), and the machining of the duplicating mold is hard and it is complicated to maintain as well. 
• It adopts with the 986 CNC System, and it owns the comprehensive controllable functions, for example the program change during the grinding, the workpiece qualified administration, machine state monitoring, fault self-diagnosis and abnormal alarm, etc. and the menu-type interface input.
