Customer Requirement:

• The double purpose of both the turning and cable caving mold can be achieved on the machine tool after using that the C-66 CNC turning machine matches with the GSK980TDi system to install the dynamic head. 

Troubleshooting: 

• To perform the reformation project based upon the component machining technology of the customers. 
• The spindle serve motor drive, the traditional and common belt driving is changed into the synchronic belt to drive the spindle index rotation; add the disk brake function; the common encoder changes into the one with higher line speed.
• Install a dynamic cutter head at the back of the tool-post on the board along with X axis, and it can be carried out 6000 revolving speed of the driving gear ratio by adjusting the dynamic head. 
• It can be consecutively operated the normally batch production. 

Machining Effect: 

• It satisfies the cave processing requirements of the customers, and stable batch production, and greatly reduced the equipment cost of the customers.
