Customer Requirement:

• The overall bottle-blowing mould should be processed that including the injection core, gear plate, warming pole seat, bottle-blowing mould and half-mould of bottle-blowing, etc.; it is high requirement of the dimension precision of the product and smoothness of the surface and it is necessary to match the CNC turning and machining center together. 

Troubleshooting: 

• The dimensions and types of the customer’s bottle-blowing mould are various, and it is required that the common-use capacity should be well and its dimension and precision should be stable, it is a certain demands of the rigid of machine tools as well. It is recommended to the customer that uses the oblique turret CK40S to match with the GSK988TA CNC system, because there are three horizontal CNC machines tools already; and its machining center can be used that the VMC850B matches with GSK218Mc CNC system. 

Application Effect: 

• The machining dimension of the CNC turning machine is stable and its surface effect is well and it can be satisfied with the requirements of the customers. 
• The milling is strong of the machining center; the customer trains the programming and operation professions of machining center by themselves based upon the assistant of GSK’s after-sales, which can be performed the rough and fine processing well and absolutely reaches to the requirement of the products.
