Customer Requirement:

• There are several problems of the original machine tool: The original machine tool CNC system cannot be normally turned on due to the default; roller screw, leading screw bearing and straight guiding are worn; the dual-spindle does not share with a same center; the spindle axial line does not vertical; and the lubricant, cooling, pneumatic system tube are aged;
• It is necessary to change the configured CNC system, recover the precision of the tool machine and change the aged components. 

Reforming Project:

• Using the GSK 988T CNC system to configure with servo motor and servo drive for upgrading and reforming; 
• To change four feed axes roller screw, leading bear and linear guiding; 
• To overhaul the electric-spindle, dynamic-turret, grating-ruler, lubrication and cooling system, etc., recover the whole using functions of the original machine tool and adjust the geometry precision of the machine tool as well; 
• Redesign the schematic of the machine tool electric control, change the electric control and electric components and then wiring again. 

Application Effect: 

• Recover the precision of the machine tool and the overall usage functions and stably operate; 
• Meet the component machining requirement of the customers.
