Customer Requirement: 

• Nowadays, there are some large turning machines are common one, and its machining efficiency is low that needs to be replaced by the CNC turning machines. 
• The price, comparing to the new CNC machine, which the old one is the one-third of the new one. 
• Planning to complete the numcontrol transformation of the devices in the factory step by step.

Transformation Project: 

• Machine tool grinds the guiding to paste the plastic shovel, recover the geometry precision; 
• X/Z axis refits the roller screw feed institution; 
• Add 4-station electric tool-post; 
• Installing the hydraulic valve to control the spindle CW/CCW and brake; 
• Redesign and install the integrated machine defense; 
• Configure with the GSK980TDi CNC system. 

Application Effect: 

• The machine tool reaches to the precision detection standard of new machine tool after reforming and meet with the machining demand of components; 
• At present, the customer has been reformed five machine tools.
