Customer Requirement:

• The index milling groove at the outer circle of the mold that needs to be adjusted the angle of the milling machine; 
• Using the old machine C6180*1500 (common) to perform the NC (numerical-control) reforming. 

Troubleshooting:

• The machine tool mills the guiding and pastes the plastic and shovel to recover the geometry precision; 
• X/Z axis modifies the ball screw feed mechanism; 
• The spindle changes the servo motor, adds the decelerator, and modifies the sychro-belt and spindle D-connect; 
• Add the electric spindle, made a bracket with a manual angle adjustment. 
• Configure with the GSK980TDi CNC system. 

Application Effect:

• Satisfied the workpiece machining demands of customers. 
• It replaces the original imported vertical turning machining and greatly saves the equipment use cost.
