Customer Requirement

• The gear machining can be achieved by two revolving axes based upon the speed proportion (the proportion is determined by the numbers of the gear and heads of the hobbing-cutter.
• Both the direct gear and oblique gear machining can be carried out.

• Totally, there are 4 axes of the machine tool, wherein, two are revolving axes and the others are straight axes. 
• GSK 980TDc controls two revolving axes that synchronically rotates based upon a certain proportion, the rest of two straight axes feeding can be achieved the gear machining;
• To achieve the oblique gear machining by adjusting the angles of the hobbing-cutter and gear.

• It can be improved the gear machining efficiency; 
• Simple machining programming.
