Customer Requirement:

• The connection of spindle fixture workpiece between two channels are synchronic and then cut down;
• Polar coordinate interpolation processes the pentagon; 
• Compound machining of axial/radial turning, drilling, milling and tapping, etc.
• To improve the machine accuracy and ensure the quality of the workpiece; 
• System ladder diagram carries out the servo dynamic turret control with 12-station of the Dicode (DUPLOMATIC) from Italy.

• System uses 0.1u precision parameter, add one CS axis of each of channel, and set the relevant parameter of polar coordinate interpolation; 
• Both the spindle drive and the motor are used the GS3100Y-LP2-ZJY265-11BM-B3(A1) to match with the spindle feedback components ERA180 9000 linear (Heidham encoder); it improves the spindles resolution and increases the precision of that spindle joins the polar coordinate interpolation;
• Both the feed X axis drive and the motor are used the GS2075T-LA1-130SJT-MZ150D(A4I) to match with the Fag grating ruler GSX-240-5(FAGOR); the feed Z axis drive and motor are used the GS2075T-LA1-130SJT-MZ150D(A4I) to match with the Fag grating ruler GSX-740-5(FAGOR) and greatly improved the feedback precision of the feed axis; 
• The ladder diagram adds the controllable logic of the 12-station servo dynamic turret based upon the encoder of the Dicode (DUPLOMATIC) from Italy.

• The flexible application of the dual-channel and double spindle connection are achieved that the workpiece only needs one fixture to complete the machining requirements of each procedures gradually, and it greatly reduces the fixture error. The application of high resolution encoder and grating ruler are greatly improved the precision of the machine tool, so that the machining quality of the workpiece can be guaranteed therefore. 
• The application of system PLC axis controllable command simplifies the past peripheral miscellaneous logic programming, so that the compilation of logic controlled by turret are more concise.   
• The application markets of non-standard dedicated machine tools are increased step by step, it is necessary to develop that the system function towards to the diversification.
