Customer Requirements:
- Purchase a new gang-tool machine, the workpiece needs completing the machining such as the turning, milling and drilling once;
- Workpiece needs the automatic feeding and loading in small amount.
Transformation Projects:
- Configure GSK980TDi CNC system;
- Add dual-head Y axis dynamic head and 6-station hydraulic tool-post;
- The original one that spindle with V-belt driving changes into sync-belt driving and installs the spindle disc brake;
- Add the ejector pin and automatic loading devices.
