Customer Requirement:
The idle common turning machine is performed the numcontrol transformation, and install the overall defense of it to meet the requirements of the component processing. 

Transformation Projects:

• Dismantle the original machine tool feed cabinet, sliding box and X-axis lead screw etc., reinstall the X/Z axis as the ball screw feed institution; 
• The guiding of the machine tool is quenched and grinded; to recover the geometry accuracy by pasting the plastic and performing the shovel-scraping; so that it can be suitable for the operation with long-term and high speed of CNC machine tool; 
• Configure with the GSK980TDi CNC System and install the electric 4-station tool-post;
• Redesign and reinstall the defense of the integrated machine.

• To satisfy the machining requirements of component with customers;
