Customer Requirement:

• Plane-based (Cut-in for times, plane grinding);
• It owns the automatic grinding wheel trimming and compensation function; 
• Menu-type interface input. 

• Configure the diagram and parameter interface customized by users; 
• Using the position signal of the external encoder feedback worktable;
• Support the Auto or MPG selection of the grinding wheel infeed method;
• Support the circular method of grinding wheel: Z-circular and Y-circular.

• Dual-channel function can be supported the simultaneously control both the single-gantry (single column) and double-gantry;
• The dedicated development simplifies the operation interface of graphic; it can be set the machining parameter and external information of the in-time monitoring machine tool and owns the alert functions;
• Improved version - Hydraulic control + Encoder detection: Reduce the use of the stroke switches by the measures of the structure protection and the feedback position signal of the encoder will be more stable;
• It is need not to adjust the switch position by hand when changing the direction, as long as inputting the coordinate of the changing-over on the interface, and the operation is simple as well. 
• It is convenient for adjusting the velocity on the worktable, and its sensitivity is higher than the single hydraulic control;
